Programs at Bell Prairie Elementary

National Elementary Honor Society
Bell Prairie is the first elementary school in the district to offer National Elementary Honor Society for fourth and fifth graders. The first induction at the school took place in 2011.

NEHS is a premier honors program that recognizes 4th, 5th and 6th grade students.Its four pillars are responsibility, academics, service and leadership. The national organization recommends students be selected for their “outstanding
academic achievement and demonstrated personal responsibility to provide service to the school and community, and to develop essential leadership skills in the students of elementary schools".
